These students are Invited to club with the intent of fostering friendships and modeling mutuality as kids with and without disabilities experience Young Life and life alongside one another as peers •
Adult Helper
This is a trusted community member, known by a staff member or team leader who is Equipped by the local area to be a part of relational ministry in the area. •Supplemental Capernaum specific training is available. Must complete Background Check and Driver’s Questionnaire (if has a driver’s license). There are varied commitment levels based upon their role.
Volunteer Leader
This a leader who is Trained in Young Life basics through area training and placed on a team by the local area to be a part of relational ministry in the area. Capernaum specific training is required. Must complete Faith and Conduct, Background Check and Driver’s Questionnaire (if has a driver’s license)• This leader is Committed to all local area leader requirements, with reasonable accommodations.
